Description:
Added ability to change discovery server domain/cname for people who didn't set up CRM to use "disc". (The instructions I followed used "dev"). Updated tab order to reflect this change. Changed files are:

ConnectionDetail.cs - new property for discovery cname.
ConnectionForm - new label/textbox for discovery cname. Default is disc (as it is now). When Use CRM Online - becomes dev. Only unprotected when Use IFD is checked.
crmservicehelpers.cs - when using IFD, new parameter in discovery uri format string which takes discovery cname. If not provided defaults to current value of "disc."
CrmConnectionStatusBar - after edit if canceled out of dialog - currentConnection was null and had exception.
